ABOUT JW INDUSTRIAL PARK

Strategically located in Lehigh Valley, PA, JW Industrial Park is a rapidly emerging logistics center offering flexible warehouse spaces and distribution facilities that can be tailored to fit diverse operational needs. The park is located within proximity to major metropolitan areas like New York, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C., with easy connections to railroads and the Lehigh Valley International Airport. Spanning 281 acres, the park consists of six buildings featuring Class A design with clear heights of 40 feet, enabling efficient use of vertical space for extra storage.

OUR INVOLVEMENT

South Jersey Glass and Door was tasked with providing and installing high-performance glass systems across the JW Industrial Park site. This included the installation of custom storefront, entrances, curtain walls, and hardware on all four corners of the warehouse.

South Jersey Glass and Door partnered with Blue Rock Construction, the general contractors overseeing the development of the warehouse. Together, we ensured the project stayed on track and within budget, delivering the highest quality glass installations to enhance the overall functionality and aesthetic of the warehouse. Our team’s commitment to precision and efficiency helped bring this ambitious project to life.

MATERIALS

Our team worked diligently to ensure the project met the highest standards of quality and durability, using top-of-the-line materials for the installation. The products used on this project included YES 45 FT Thermal Commercial Storefront System, YES 60 TU Thermal Commercial Storefront System, and medium stile doors. These glass solutions were selected for their excellent thermal performance, offering both aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency. With the added benefit of customized hardware and robust structural elements, our installations seamlessly integrated into the design of the warehouse, which spans three stories, contributing to the building’s sleek, modern look.
