As a single-source supplier of commercial doors and hardware, we bid the package, manage the spec, and stand behind the install.
We're authorized installers and suppliers for the brands most commercial specs require: Schlage, Von Duprin, LCN, Yale, Sargent, Adams Rite, and Norton on the hardware side; Steelcraft, Curries, Mesker, and Republic on hollow metal. For specialty applications we source FRP, lead-lined, and acoustic-rated assemblies from specialty manufacturers.

Hollow metal vs. wood vs. FRP
Hollow metal is the workhorse for high-traffic, fire-rated, and exterior commercial openings — durable, secure, and paintable to spec. Commercial wood is right for office and interior aesthetic applications where appearance matters more than abuse resistance. FRP wins where moisture, chemicals, or heavy impact are part of the operating environment — schools, pools, food service, and industrial.
ADA & code compliance
Every commercial opening we supply can be specified to meet 2010 ADA Standards: 32" minimum clear width, accessible hardware (lever vs. knob), automatic operators where required, and compliant thresholds. We coordinate with your architect or facility manager on hardware sets that hit ADA, IBC, and NFPA 80 fire-rating requirements.
Screen Doors
Alongside our commercial door and frame packages, we supply, install, and repair screen doors for residential and shore properties across South Jersey. Options include sliding patio units, hinged units, and storm/screen combination doors, custom-sized to fit existing openings rather than one-size-fits-all stock.
Salt air along the coast wears down screen mesh, rollers, and frames faster than inland installations, and our Marmora and Wildwood branches serve those shore communities directly. Our technicians see the wear patterns particular to boardwalk and bayfront properties year-round. Whether a frame has bent, a roller has failed, or the mesh has corroded, we can often repair or rescreen an existing screen door instead of replacing the whole unit — saving the cost of a full replacement when the frame is still sound.
Pairing a new screen door with residential door installation gives an entryway a complete upgrade, and we also offer screen repair at our retail stores for smaller rescreening jobs.
