Jackie K. is an AMAZING customer-facing salesperson. I felt she was trustworthy from the very start of my experience with South Jersey Glass in Berlin. I also appreciated the interactions with the staff at the counter. From my first visit, Jackie walked me through the glass options and patiently answered all my questions about door handle choices, finishes, and glass options. She even reviewed my measurements to help determine the best placement for the shower — whether in the original spot or a better alternative — and clearly understood the space restrictions when making her recommendations. She had a cancellation that day I visited and was able to send a technician to my home that same day for measurements. Jackie also took the time to understand my budget. The recommendations I'd gotten from the tile store (Avalon Flooring in Cherry Hill) met the budget. But, with Jackie’s help, I realized it didn't quite fit the aesthetic. Jackie worked diligently to help me stay on track financially without compromising on quality. Throughout the project, Jackie was friendly and approachable, and never once made me feel bad about stopping by, asking questions, or checking on the status of my order. She gave additional suggestions for the shower head and placement, protecting the shower base and more. I'm so glad I ended up going with the frameless shower with special coating. I've thoroughly enjoyed my shower ever since and clean-up is a breeze. I get compliments every time I share pictures of the renovated bathroom. I wholeheartedly recommend Jackie and South Jersey Glass!

What amazing customer service! I had my screen door replaced last summer and when it came out of place in one spot I brought it back for repair. Bree was so awesome and fixed it right there on the spot for me. She was so sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough.

I was so pleased with the installation process completed by Jeffrey and John. They were trustworthy and respectful of our home. More importantly, they were skilled professionals whose knowledge and experience were evident in their workmanship. They installed a Pro Via sliding glass door, and the non-standard opening required them to problem-solve throughout the installation. I can’t commend them and their work enough! I only wish I hadn’t waited so long.

I went there hoping they would be able to help me out. I have removal screens and I wanted to see if they could make the same thing but with glass. But they said they couldn’t do it
